Owing to her Oklahoma Ranch roots, where "there is a dedication to truth and respect regardless of the costs, regardless of the consequences," Ruth Ann Kraemer, Chief Financial Officer, Campos Holding Company, LLC, has become a genuinely pioneering leader.

Ruth Ann is a creative force supporting the company's ideals and culture by encouraging the professional development of the accounting/finance staff and those in operations. For those on her team who take educated, calculated risks with bold stands, those same team members will find her standing with them. A recent graduate was struggling with her decision to remain in accounting, which she had grown to love or move onto her educationally dictated career in biology. Ruth Ann encouraged the graduate to extend her education to accounting against the expressed fear that she, the graduate, would not be able to afford the time or money to do so. Ruth Ann assisted the graduate with grant applications, allowed a flexible schedule to accommodate her work and school while giving her life advice. Ruth Ann maintains that "After all, time is going to pass whether you're wishing or working toward your dream. And, if things get difficult, don't give up on your vision, but change the action step. Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change

Ruth Ann is a full-spectrum finance professional with over 20 years of CFO experience. She is also a CPA. Ruth Ann's background covers various industries, from public accounting to heavy industries relevant to Campos, such as utilities, oil/gas, mining, solar, clean energy, and emerging technologies as they erupt markets. Further, Ruth Ann is experienced in banking/financial services, risk management, and business best practices. Prior to Campos, she was hired as CFO to a privately -owned Denver SAAS software company needing growth capital. In the role as Chief Financial Executive of the firm, she transitioned the Company from private to the Nasdaq public markets, which provided the Company with much needed public funds. With both public and private experience, Ruth Ann has continued to be instrumental to the Companies she’s served.

Campos EPC is an established Industry Leader in the Utility, Energy, and Midstream sectors, delivering engineering design, consulting services, integrity management, and turnkey solutions for clients. The Campos team provides an array of services to match its clients' needs. The company aims to help its clients analyze and address project objectives through budget-conscious, actionable solutions. It should be noted that at the same time as the company's growth, Ruth Ann led the accounting and finance department through multiple initiatives, taking the challenges to the next level. During the development, she successfully:

1) Implemented a major ERP upgrade to accommodate the growth and streamline the complexity of seven subsidiaries launched to support and compliment the EPC operations

2) Lead the accounting and finance department through TWO first-year audits, quality of earnings, and quality of IP for the holding company as well as one of the subsidiaries

3) Reorganized and upgraded the entire accounting/finance group.

For the days to come, The Company forecasts a continual growth trajectory in the fast-approaching new year. Campos EPC and TPE Midstream have formed a mutual-referral teaming agreement to provide gas operators with solutions to change their culture and achieve their ESG goals.
