Darlene's personal and professional journey has taught her that tenacity and hard work pay off. As a leader, she’s also learned how to recognize the talent around her and coach them toward business objectives and their professional goals. For Darlene, “this is crucial for the success of any organization – when leaders can recognize top talent with the competencies and cultural fit the business needs.” "As a female leader, I've found that women's voices can sometimes get drowned out. Therefore, I learned how to make my voice heard while collaborating effectively with and learning from great minds," she says.
